Ash is on a rampage. Her last goal: Killing Eric Northman!
After her boyfriend Tom is killed in New York by a handsome looking stranger she makes it her life mission to revenge his death. With the grand revelation she finally finds a clue as to who could have been responsible. No one other than 1000 year old vampire Sheriff Eric Northman.
She moves to Bon Temps, a small town near the killers business "Fangtasia" and plots her revenge until one day the tall Wiking himself walks into Merlottes and takes a shine on her. She's thrown off her game and to her disgust, quite fascinated by him herself. Destiny seems to throw those two together repeatedly, which makes it hard for Ashley to resist.
She tries her best to stay on course with her mission to Eric Northman, but somehow gets entangled more and more with Bon Temps society and its supernatural problems. When she finally finds some mysterious and unexplainable things going on with herself, she is forced to decide.
Who can she trust and most importantly: Who are the guilty ones?

SPICY PREQUEL TO "THE GUILTY ONES" (TRUE BLOOD/ERIC NORTHMAN FANFICTION In Another Life, you'd be mine. 1951-Northern Italy. After 19-year-old Ashley gets lost following a failed gondola ride in the mountains, things look grim. Lost in a snowstorm at dusk, Ashley is ready to give up when she is rescued by a mysterious figure: Eric Northman. Snowed in and cut off from all civilization with the tall, muscular man with blonde hair, piercing blue eyes and a chin you could cut yourself with, something quickly becomes clear: Eric is not only irresistible... but also a vampire. Despite having (and hiding) her own secrets and having been told from a young age to never cross paths with a vampire because of her nature, she throws caution to the wind and gives in to the advances of the 1,000-year-old Viking, hoping she won't lose her heart. But that can't happen in just a few hours... can it? ********************************************************* Book Excerpt (Chapter 4): "If you free me from this monstrosity of a sweater-" she wiggled around, making it clear she meant the sweater currently handing on her like an oversized wool dress. "-then you can do whatever you want with me." Eric's eyes gleamed dangerously, and his vampire fangs sprang out, which dampend her brazenness. "Oh Annie, darling." The sweater flew across the room before she even had a chance to take another breath - or reevaluate her words. "You must never say that to a man. Vampire or human. Man is man, and I-" Eric spun her around and practically threw her onto the sofa, then was over her again, this time without pants, his gaze blazing and hungry. "I am both."

You may think that everyone is Amity is just the happiest people in the world, right? Well, you're wrong. Not everyone at least. When Olivia transfers to Dauntless, where her sister transferred, no one could really figure out why. But will her past from Amity follow her? Haunt her, even? What about a certain Dauntless leader that seems to like her? "Training is over for today, everyone out!" Eric roars and as I'm about to walk through the door, I hear his cold voice yet again, "Not you Via, you stay," The others flood out and I stay planted near the door, he slowly stalks towards me and I find myself walking backward until I've hit the door behind me, I slightly jump from shock and let out yet another shaky sigh, he puts both of his arms beside my head, easily towering over me. "I'm going to break you," he starts, speaking darkly as he looks directly into my eyes, "I'm not sure how, but I will, and I'm going too," "You can't break something that's already been broken by someone else," I whisper, barely audible but I know he hears it. "Who could have possibly broken you? You lived in Amity, Baby doll," he snarls, and I push him out of the way with my shoulder. I walked out of there. (As of 3/28/2019) #1 in Divergent-12.7 stories.
