I don't think it's true, but let's pretend Loki did die on the Statesman. He wakes up outside the gates of Valhalla, and walks in. His parents are there, as are Nari, Vali, Jormundgandr, and Sleipneir (Fenrir is with Hela). And he is happy for the first time in a long while. At some point he starts to disappear, much to his chagrin. "It would seem it is no quite your time yet, my son. You are still needed in life." Frigga said with a sad smile. He opens his eyes to a dark "empty" spaceship. it's 2023, and he's aboard the statesman. Strange shows up through a portal. "They need our help, come with me."

Falling Wind gushes past me as I tumble through the void. Stars blur together in the never ending dark, and I can't help but feel cold. And it's not the kind of cold that fades with warmth.
