Memoirs of a Forgotten God

What if an ancient god somehow got cursed into a human body? Well, this.... Silnaus, the God of Change was cursed by Isis and spent thousands of years dying and being reborn into human bodies, his powers and memories stripped away. But now he remembers (somewhat), now his powers have returned (though he can't use them without creating human barbeque of himself), and he yearns to return home to his temple (but that would mean leaving his one true love behind...) Whatever is a God to do?
