Renegade Blade

Kyla Gnewikow wasn't raised like a normal girl of her time. She didn't even live in a time that we would consider normal today. Her lands were filled with dragons and magic, things people slowly forgot over time.

Her father was the leader of her tribe, but she was his only child. Normally the eldest male of the family would take over the tribe when the former leader passed on, but Kyla was special. She was to become the new leader. Therefore she was trained in all the things a male of her time would be trained in.

Kyla's life may not have been normal, but she was still happy. She liked being the girl that could beat up every boy and she liked being someone people feared and respected. All of that changed when the tribe went up in flames.

Desperate to make something of her life, she petitioned to be apart of the Army of Xantia, the army of the king. The only problem is...Kyla's a girl.
