I heard the door open.
"Elenoora?" He called out.
I heard his keys clinker on the table, and I suddenly felt a bit shy. The room door opened.
"Why are all the lights turned off, I thought you-"
He stopped talking and looked at me.
"Why are you dressed up?" He asked, his tone a bit softer. I think I must have startled him a little.
"I was bored, and I had nothing to do so I dressed up. Here, I'll change back after you change." I said stepping out of the room.
He was wearing jeans and a t-shirt, so he must've been with his friends or something. I did get a bit sad he didn't invite me. I sat on the sofa and played with the loose string on my dress.
The door opened and I stood up to change when I realized Xander hadn't changed to comfy clothes.
"I can't just let you change back; you look really beautiful Noora." He smiled, genuinely for the first time.
And I almost melted from seeing him wearing a black blazer and pants matching to my black dress.
