MAJOR SPOILERS FOR DANGANRONPA V3 KILLING HARMONY! This is a Saimatsu fic (Danganronpa's Shuichi Saihara x Kaede Akamatsu) where Kaede is not found as the blackened in the first class trial. The two have to survive the killing game together while keeping as many people alive as possible. There will be other ships in this story, but the prime one will be Saimatsu (my OTP). The story will loosely follow the DRV3 story with a few differences here and there including (but not limited to) blackened, victims, rooms in the Ultimate Acadamy, and executions.
This story is a work of fiction written by a fan of the original work, and is not part of the official storyline of the franchise that inspired it.

Shuichi -when he is a kid- lives with his parents and his uncle in Japan before they had to move to America, where he left his only childhood friend, Kokichi. Years had passed, and ever since he had moved overseas, Kokichi had made some new friends: Maki and Himiko. Their first high school year only started for them, but the murderous group that was once in America named 'The Despairs' had travelled to Japan, and was followed them was none other than the young detectives Shuichi with his non-biological sibling Tsumugi. They both enrolled in the same high school as Kokichi and his friends and things happened. Now how will this go as Shuichi and Kokichi solve things out while Shuichi's on the road to getting the Despairs to justice? This is a post game AU of Danganronpa's third main game, DanganronpaV3 Killing Harmony.
