Although his father and Kamen Rider Diend did their best to fight off the threat, but perished in battle to protect their loved ones. Tsukasa fought to protect his son and wife, while Diend fought to protect his sister and Nephew to the bitter end.
            Now Makoto must take up the mantle of Decade and solve the mystery of who this strange villain is and defeat him! Although will he have to fight this battle alone? Will his new friends be there to back him up in this fight? Will the Kamen Riders fall and evil Prevail? Only time will tell! On thing is for sure it's gonna be one wild ride!
