Izuku Midoriya, a quirkiness boy, rejected by society, is taken in by the league of villains. He is persuaded by leader Shigaraki Tomura to gain the trust of the number one hero, Almight, so that he can obtain his quirk, One for All. While dealing with a childhood bully who picks on him relentlessly for being quirkless, and the relationship ups and downs within the league, will Deku be able to obtain this quirk from the number one hero and help the league to their goal?
