The UTF's lapdog is dead, and the killer has vanished like a fleeting thought. This has left the United Terran Federation at a loss for words and hungry for revenge. Alas, the man they want dead is not easy to find.

Enter Cylus Haze, commonly referred to as Mortifer-The Bringer of Death. This lone figure went from an ambiguous killer to the galaxy's most infamous bounty hunter. Some cheer his name while others curse him. Regardless, the Bringer of Death is not done.

And he has now set his sights on the very Federation that decided to use him.

Now, no one is safe. The UTF is desperate to silence the uproar Cylus' actions have inspired, and they're willing to do anything to achieve their goals. Even with this threat hanging over those who wish to fight the government that has mistreated them for the longest time, the Grim Reaper is not picky when he chooses his targets.

Cylus Haze is out for blood. This time, it's wholly personal.
