Topaz Marie Giles' life has been hard for as long as she can remember. She has endured the unthinkable, but now she is a high school senior graduating with honors, the senior class president, and Valentvaledictorian of her graduating class. She's been a ward of the court since she was seven years old. Now she's aging out of the only system that raised her. At a crossroads in her life, she must make the right decision or risk everything.
