Varian and the Seven Kingdoms (Varian's Seven Trials)
This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!! What if Cassandra never stole the moonstone? What if the Cassandra who DID was a fraud? And the real one got trapped somewhere no one knows of? What if Varian never turned to the dark side? What if, in fact, his dad NEVER got trapped in the amber? Instead, Varian left his manor during the blizzard to go for a walk after his argument with Quirin, but disappeared in the process? This is what I would think would happen... ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ This is NOT a ship fic, it mostly focuses on Cassandra's and Varian's friendship, with two other original characters.
