Drugged into our own movie together (Skip beat fanfic)

Ren has recently proposed to Kyoko after being a Relationship with her for a year. Not long after the proposal, they finished a movie that they starred in as the main protagonists which were a couple just like them. However, not long after the wrap party Kyoko is drugged and Ren is drugged not long after she is. They're both put into a drug coma that puts them in a major hallucination world that is completely based on the movie they recently starred in. Kyoko knows that this whole thing is a hallucination but Ren doesn't know that he and Kyoko are stuck in that world because he's stuck with the mind of the character that he played as in real life so he's unaware of the situation completely until Kyoko comes and snaps him out of the character's mind. As soon as she snaps him out she and Ren have to find their way out of this world and wake up from the coma and get back to reality.

There's another thing that needs to be remembered by both of them, this movie is an action movie full of different types of weapons. Serious fights will occur through time and these fights are very deadly and violent even for the characters themselves. This makes one very scary thing clear to both of them, If they die in this world they will die in real life. Knowing this it's up to them to be very careful and live throughout the story and wake up and live a normal life again. However, if they fail and die in that world they'll easily die in real life due to the strength of the drug, they can easily lose their life together and never see anyone else they love ever again, or even worse one could end loosing the other and will have to live without their loved one for the rest of their life.

Will both of them live to wake up and get married and live a good life, or will one of them die and the other will live the rest of there life without the person they love?
