THIS STORY IS TRIBUTED TO THE 2020 SUMMER OLYMPICS IN TOKYO, JAPAN

Dear Reader/Peeker,

This story that centers on my friend, Amber, is all about her experiences and adventures during her stay in Japan, and that she was having her experience of a lifetime (not really forever) along with the two mascots of the Games, Miraitowa and Someity.

These mascots are very adventurous, she told me, and that they changed her simple vacay into an adventure of a lifetime, where she plays the sporting events, met anime characters that are world-famous, and even let her meet important athletes (few at least).

Sounds inspiring, right?

This story is all just a bunchy list of letters, phone calls and diary entries that she sent me online while she was there at her dojo home. I collaborated them into one book, and even let the author write them on Wattpad so that ev'ryone will enjoy ev'ry last itsy-bitsy detail.

(WARNING: OUTDATED BOOK. Read this if you dare, but I'll promise you fellas, MW will add more in the future.)

Yours truly,
Sarah Jane Woods

(NOTE: The two mascots mentioned are owned by the IOC, IPC and the host nation's Olympic Committee. And the Olympic Rings logo is also owned by the IOC. The author does not own any of the forementioned trademarks.)

WATTPAD BOOKS EDITION There are imperfect moments in every life-but sometimes, there are perfect accidents . . . What's the point of pretending nothing has changed when everything has? It's the last summer before college, and Jonas Avery knows he should be excited. Instead, he hides out at home, avoiding his friends, his family, and everything that resembles his old life. Because nothing will be normal again-because of The Accident, when everything started falling apart. Brennan Davis knows she needs to stand up and face her anxiety-the deep, dark, debilitating dread that rules her everyday life. Because what stops her from going out into the world and just living is going to get a whole lot worse. She's leaving for college in the fall, where she'll be confronted with even more to worry about. To get back up sometimes you have to fall down, hard . . . When Jonas crashes into Brennan-in a harmless, albeit embarrassing fender bender-the two teens connect in ways they never expected. As friends, they help each other overcome their biggest falls and faults, and soon discover that while love can't fix everything, it's sometimes a place to start. Sensitive, wry, and unabashedly authentic, The Opposite of Falling Apart isn't about finding perfection in another person or fixing the things we think are broken. Instead, Micah Good has penned an enchantingly honest novel about accepting the very pieces of ourselves that make us unique, whole, and undeniably human.
