Elijah Miller is a Psychologist who had a normal life and job. That is, until his father passed away. He now has to move to a new state and start a new job where his father worked. 
Dr. Arthur Miller was a well known Psychologist in North Dakota. While alive, he was responsible for three high-priority patients/prisoners. In his death, he entrusts them to his son, Eli. 
What will Eli do when he comes face to face with these three very dangerous criminals and finds out they are nothing like what he thought they would be?
