There once was a girl who hid form the world, who hid from who she was. She’d never left herself unguarded for she feared that she was unwanted, thus she seldom let anyone get close to her.
Except this one boy who was drawn to her and never knew why he held her heart as he did. He just knew he was hers as much as she was his.
But she made him that way. He knew as much as she wanted him to; no more, no less. She made her prince who would forever love her and never leave. She made him too perfect on the outside, but on the inside he was broken. This wasn’t something she had planned to happen; it just did. The perfect exterior had to contrast with its interior as too much perfect would make the entire world collapse.
Many wondered of her ability, but never questioned it as she helped the people with all of their troubles. So they allowed her to reside deep in the woods with her perfectly imperfect boy who knew nothing of the woes that would overcome them both.
