By some coincidence, the whole of jade winglet is selcted for the second games of fire...

The Mudwings of Jade Mountain Academy (Wings of Fire Fanfiction)
Jade mountain academy has stood for many years and had grown larger over time. It now had the ability to accept up to 161 dragonets. Thats 23 dragonets from each tribe. Cattail the Mudwing is perfectly happy in her family of 7. So when soldiers unexpectedly show up with orders from the queen to attend Jade Mountain Academy she isn't happy. Her biggest problem is trying to survive the academy. She was never really very book smart. But as secrets are revealed Cattail finds that danger is lurking just beneath the surface and will have to rely on some unexpected friends to save her sibs and possible all of Jade Mountain Academy Wings of Fire, Jade Mountain Academy, and the Dragonets of Destiny belong to Tui T. Sutherland. All non-book published characters were created by me. I am very sorry if some have other peoples dragons names. I Just want to give a special mention to Seamud for their character creator book that created Cattail because i seriously suck at Mudwing names. The names in the book are really good. So my first chapter with Cattail i feel i should deticate to Seamud. I created the cover on PicMonkey but the artwork isn't mine. This is my second WoF Fanfiction so lets see how it goes. There will later be vague references to my other one, this is years in the future.Complete

Wings of Fire: Lemming's Story
NOTE: The following is a fanfiction inspired by Tui T Sutherland's "Wings of Fire" saga. "Wings of Fire" does not belong to me, and much of the material included in this story is fanon, not canon, though several canon characters will be making appearances throughout the story. Taking place during the events of "Book 1: The Dragonet Prophesy" and the War of SandWing Succession, this is the story of Lemming. Lemming is a young IceWing of middle class rank, who has been a loyal soldier on Blaze's side in the war for a couple years. She's small for an IceWing of her age, but has been able to use this to her advantage to become a successful soldier and survive in the war. However, after a battle takes a turn for the worse, Lemming is left as one of the few survivors and imprisoned in the SkyWing arena. This new world is more brutal than the battles she'd fought in the war, and the SkyWings don't kill for necessity -they kill for entertainment. Can Lemming survive in this new kill or be killed world, or will she be just another body to be swept from the arena sand? NOTE 2: Some of the wording and phrasing of Pt4 comes straight from "The Dragonet Prophesy". That wording was created by Tui T. Sutherland, not me, though I am using it for descriptive purposes in those specific scenes, which first appeared in "The Dragonet Prophesy". All chapter cover artwork made and designed by me. She and her best friend devise a plan to escape, but that also backfires - this time, more literally than figuratively... --- Even though this story is rated Mature, it is only for the occasional fight scenes which include enough blood and gore to showcase the reality of fighting. There is also implied+referenced non-con due to the structure of one of the tribes' military society. Nothing happens on-screen. Also dragon racism (it's promoted by the military as propaganda to make their soldiers think of their enemies as less than). I bonk character responsible very thoroughly in the sequel!
