It’s funny how little things that happen in life can change everything about a person. How it changes their attitude, appearance, status in society, personality, and much more. I was your typical teenager, I hung out with all kinds of people, I loved making new friends, I didn't care about appearances or which group you were from. Then I started high school and everyone started changing, the cliques got worse and some of my friends had become too good for the rest of us. Life went on though no matter what there was a group of us that refused to let the politics of high school change us, but no matter what slowly each one of us fell into it all whether we realized it or not. Our group went from tons of people to a mere few. All that was left was those who didn't play in any sports, wasn't a genius, wasn't asked to join the more popular crowd, and who had no school spirit. You really found out who your true friends were through the transition of grade school to high school. I still got along with everyone although I only would hang out with my small group. Even we had let the politics of high school change us whether we realized it or not. We each had changed our outlook on life and our attitudes a little here and there but that could have just been considered as us growing up as well. I like to think that we were shaped by the harshness high school brought with it. Our group went through major changes our senior year not that we had expected it to happen or even wanted it to happen but it did changing our lives forever. It all started when two new guys were introduced to our school taking all of us for one hell of a ride.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say, "I know you're not". I have felt like this many times in my life; as a kid, teenager and as an adult. I have seen many things in my life and felt even more things that has been horribly depressing... But I got up. I stood up to walk on for another day. I dealt with my emotional amnesia the only way I knew I could and that was by writing it out into poetry. I wanted to forget my pain and forget what I was going through. I needed that cut of the blade or a pill to drink to take everything away. My poetry became both my pill and my blade... Now I share the most intimate part of myself with the world. The part of me I kept hidden in the closet. The part I never thought I would ever present to the world. Now is the time I have to stop having amnesia about my emotions. It is time to learn, to better myself and to stand up and remember the things that I shut out like a voluntary amnesia all these years. Those who are offended after reading this - f**k you! It wasn't your typical Love Story or Love Topic. It was This Thing Called 'Love'. They say falling in love is the best part of life. I think its just a waste of time. Instead of falling in love then going out doing shizz lovers do, you can stay at home and do things you love. But, then I met this guy. A guy who is nicer than all those normal guys out there. HE, was the person who showed me how love really felt like. HE, was the person who made me know love. HE, was the person I fell in love with. But there was a problem between the both of us... I found out the real him. The real FAMOUS him. Which caused some problems as well as time. I also thought he understood me though. Instead, he took it the wrong way. Somewhat found out about a guy from my past... Who... Basically doesnt exist anymore... But he doesnt know that. Because he jumped to conclusions. Either way, he learnt more about LAVEV, and LAVEV learnt more about EXO. But LAVEV werent normal teenage girls. They were more than just that... They werent immortal, just had powers normal people didnt have. And thats what made LAVEV special. Then someone else popped up. Someone who was long forgotten and we thought she forgot us too. Thats what made this fanfic and the relationships in this fanfic special. Thats what made This Thing Called 'Love' special.
