Shota Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada met in their first year at U.A. and after a while became best friends, until something happened that changed both of their lives. After getting to know Zashi (Hizashi) better Aizawa realized that he was in love with him and Zashi realized that he loved Aizawa.So they got married a couple years after they became pro heroes and they lived happily ever after.
Until they realized they wanted kids then things got, how to put it, interesting!
