The Father states that him and Hohenhiem are twins, Hohenhiem being the oldest. He explains how he's been searching for his long lost "twin," and found himself in the Elric residence. Trisha welcomes the Father into the family with open arms. Not once hesitating, the Father introduces his "children" to her sons, Edward and Alphonse. The Father teaches the Elric Brothers Alchemy and other talents he felt fit. AU where Ed and Al have known the Homunculi their whole lives. Two months. That's how long it's been since that dreadful night when Central's military headquarters collapsed, taking Roy and Alphonse with it after they rushed headlong to rescue Edward, who had been kidnapped by the homunculi.
