Draco captures Harry to protect him from Voldemort but Harry doesn't know that. Draco licks him in a dungeon and Harry starts having panic attacks and is freezing. He steals one of Dracos robes that is in the dungeon and wraps up in it. Draco sees this and realizes how adorable Harry looks. He then has to come to terms with his feelings for Harry. Harry was very hurt because he already knew he was in love with Draco but he didn't believe Draco was trying to protect him.

Draco has woken up in an alternate universe. Or he has woken up utterly insane. Nothing else can possibly explain why Harry Potter suddenly seems to think he's Draco's boyfriend. *** "Potter leaned in, his face so close Draco could feel the warmth of his skin.
