In the year of 2016, years after Dio's defeat, stands are as prevalent as ever. Some tried to follow under the great evil's influence. Others stood for justice and worked to help better society with their power. But others, like our hero, just do whatever the hell they want! They don't dedicate their lives to good or evil, just live their lives with their power just being either a bother or a help. But sometimes, evil grows enough it makes these people have to do something. What a bother.....
