Ares Ambrose wasn't supposed to be born, yet he was..
To a family of female witches, but that's quite odd for more than one reason. When female witches breed together, the offspring is always a female. It's just the way that this arcane magic works. So, why did the newest addition to the Ambrose clan come out with all the wrong parts? After 18 years, it's still a mystery. But, the family has come to terms with it.
In this tale, Ares is bounding off the College, and has to face the terrors of going to the Hecate Academy of Torch and Key (where he will study advanced magic).
