In this world there are two types of humans. One, called Asagao - people able to transform into weapons and the other called Specials who are able to hone these weapons. These Asagao have a Completion Percentage that go from .1% to a full 200%. To become a Full 200 Asagao, they must kill and collect either a 100 Monster Dark Seeds and 1 Witch.
Arumigi Shimizu, a young teen who is an incredibly weak Asagao. Even while having just a Percentage at 1%, no Specials can hone him. He can't even turn into his Asagao Form on command; he turns when he can't control his emotions or on accident.
In a world full of darkness and magic - he is incredibly unlucky. Until he runs into a Nun, Hijiri Sesui and a tainted human who goes by the name, 'Jack The Ripper.'
