Many years ago, Merlin melted down Excalibur into different items; items that became heirlooms. He passed these items on to the most trusted Knights of the Round Table, who passed them to their children. Generations have passed, and each heirloom has stayed within the families. Only one has exposed the truth hidden in them.
Merlin charmed each heirloom to activate when it found itself in the hands of the person it deems worthy. He spoke of the charm to no one, with no indication of the powerful magic each piece held. Today, they have found themselves in the hands of six college students.
All attending the same university.
