It's been about 3 years since you left Jim, since then Jim has been going to the Royal Naval Academy and met a girl named Kate. Doppler ended up designing a new ship for Amelia, that both Kate and Jim were asked to accompany them on the first sail. There plans go terribly wrong, as Jim and Kate seek out the help of you and John Silver.
(I'm basing this off the plot from the second movie, and I'm writing the wrest from scratch, because there is no second movie. I also could've gotten a few things wrong so please don't sue me)
