Callisto Andromeda Titania is the first Space Commander of IASA (International Aeronautics and Space Administration) and she is also the daughter of the IASA's Space Administrator, Mr. Jan Damien Titania. She is everyone's expectations: Wise, Intelligent, kind, and beautiful.

But before her mission, the Project Luna, she started to receive strange dreams about the origins of the 2 Ursa constellations. This bothered her. It may just be a dream but she felt like it tries to tell her something's up.

And while she's busy with her dad about Project Luna, she met the space commander of USE (Universal Space Exploration). Space Commander Thunder Isaac Swift. IASA and USE should collaborate with Project Luna to start life in space. 

But it seems to her that these mysterious dreams and her meeting with Commander Swift is super related.
