People don't want their kids if they're different- sick. So they drop them off to live in Psycoville. Hundreds of disorders are spread through the town, and nobody is sure how they make it. The kids are abominations, and 'normal' people aren't aloud to come in. 

What happens when a new person moves in, and he isn't aware of the rules?
