Summery:

You were an outcast you see, in school you were always an easy target but that changed soon enough, after spending a day with a lost girl when you were 12, you gained an ability called Freezing. The ability does as the name entails. It freezes someone within a certain area. The reason why has always been unknown to you. Being able to use a freezing area got the interest of West Genetics and here the story begins.
