There are things we have grown up living. Certain insecurities, feeling of being not enough, anxiety, existential crisis and all the other odds of life. How have we not tried to go deep into them or if we have, have we just neglected them thinking the best way to get over it is to not think about it.
But what if we talk about them? What if we dig deep into it and discuss all of it as we discuss the other things.
