Masale is a quiet village, boring even, where not much out of the ordinary goes on. 

That changes fast when three girls - triplets - are found passed out the forest nearby. Within the age range of about 14-16, they are illiterate and don't even understand English.

At the same time, mysterious things start happening and people start disappearing, only to be found brutally slaughtered... on the inside. The work of a demon.
