Dallas was part of a secret project called Alphas ever since he was 2, he was genetically alterred and given super powers and turned into a weapon. When the Alpha program is shut down he escapes with a clear memory of the last 10 yrs.  Dallas then finds out due to a project of The Center, he fathered a child, a little girl.
