This story is based upon divergent and set in present day Chicago. If you are truly obsessed with divergent you will know that Tobias' (four's) father would beat him before he moved to dauntless. In this story all the gang have just started the freshman year at high school when a new boy moves into the neighbourhood AKA: Tobias. He is welcomed into the group but one of them has a secret. Her father beats her and abuses her. Her name is Tris. Her father also happens to be a senior teacher at the school. She has one brother Caleb who her father absolutely adores. In this story the roles of Tobias and Tris from the original divergent have been reversed. Hope you enjoy it.
