story of a secret illegal circus and burlesque club in Nazi germany. Raina is a Aryan girl , daughter of a leading SS officer n the 1940's, who lives by the strict rules put in place by Hitler, arranged to marry her brothers abusive best friend. after escaping his clutches one night  she meets Leonard, the slightly eccentric ringleader of a secret illegal circus and burlesque club in downtown Berlin, who shows her that there is more to life than rules and regulations the Fuhrer has put into place. Rules die, but virtues never perish
