'Sometimes, to love is to sacrifice.
It is about wishing and acting accordingly so that the person you love is happy and safe. Even if it is to sacrifice.
It is because when we love someone we want to see that our loved ones are happy and safe, no matter what happens. Their happiness brings happiness to us and so is their sadness. Sometimes we sacrifice many things and even get our self away from them just to let them grow and achieve their dreams. Sometimes, we do things that we don't want and make us sad, just because the people we loved need it.

Love means that you care for another person's happiness more than your own, no matter how painful the choices you make might be.'

With tears on my eyes, I wrote on the final page. I looked at our pictures together for few more seconds before closing our book of love.

Loving You, Losing Me.

9 bab Bersambung

Ang hirap pala mag mahal nang sobra sobra noh? Giving every part of yourself until there's nothing left, only to realize it was never enough. Or sadyang tanga ka lang talaga? Hyacinth loved Leandre so much that she started to lost herself. She gave him everything, piece by piece, until there was nothing left for her. But no matter how much love she poured into him, no matter how much of herself she sacrificed, it was never enough. Because love is supposed to be a two-way street. And when it's not returned, when it drains you instead of filling you, what's the point of holding on? But after loving him for so long, does she even know who she is without him? Does she know that he's more hurting than her?
