No hay ni un solo día el cual no piense en cuando esto empezó, las personas simplemente cayeron por la desesperación, y para un país el cual no estaba preparado para una situación así, las consecuencias eran predecibles.

Beyond the Sanctuary
Everything changed four years ago. An unknown virus spread rapidly across the world. With no cure and vaccines still under study, no one was safe. The old and the young, the sick and the healthy-all could become its next victim. What first seemed like an ordinary fever could suddenly turn deadly. Once-busy streets became silent, and lively cities turned into valleys of death. Fear separated people, changed lives, and made even the simplest dreams feel impossible. Yet, despite everything, I continued to hope. I dreamed of a day when people could walk freely again-without masks, without distance, and without the constant fear of losing someone they loved. I dreamed of living again. And perhaps, when all of this was over, I might finally fall in love...and get married. *This is a work of fiction inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic. All characters and events in this story are products of the writer's imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons or events is purely coincidental.*Complete

In Loving Memory of My Brother
|5X FEATURED · SPOTLIGHT STORY| Learning to cope with death is one of the most challenging obstacles any of us has to face, especially if that death is unexpected. When your whole world has changed, what do you do to overcome grief and keep your loved one's memory alive? *** I never knew how much trauma could affect a person until after my older brother died unexpectedly on August 17th, 2021. I came out of the experience as not the Victoria I was used to, but the Victoria who now had a massive hole in her heart. I come from a long line of fighters. My family and I pulled off different strategies to help us move on from such a devastating death, strategies that I am going to share in this book. Sometimes, the best way to overcome grief is to write about it. After all, writing is an escape to a different world where I still have my Green Guardian. These pieces and pictures I'm going to share with you are not meant to depress anybody, but to illustrate just how wonderful a person Matthew was. His story is sad, but it's a story of hope. His legacy remains in my heart today, and I want to share it because I know I'm not the only person who has lost somebody so unexpectedly. *** Ovid (on when his brother died): "iamque decem vitae frater geminaverat annos, cum perit, et coepi parte carere mei." The second birth of Humanity
Lockdown. Quarantine. Pandemic. Precautions. Going insane. That's our lives in 2020. Because of the virus. But how would it be if we never find the vaccine? How woud we adapt to that? How would we live? As I already said on my other stories, English isn't my native language so I apologize for the mistakes you'll probably find. Hope you'll enjoy it! :) •Officially published and finished on April 17th, 2020• All rights reserved, no copyright will be tolerated.Complete
