    The once rich land of Atlas has been torn in a state of war between the people of Yevon, and the Al Bhed. For 10 years, the two superpowers had been at war, until a being,「Sin」, wiped out nearly all of the citizens of Atlas. Terrorized by the creature, the people of Yevon only had on person to turn to. The daughter of Maester Kishamoth, Miki Shoukan, agreed to go on a journey to free Atlas of its misery.
