Hazel King, an 18 year old waitress that's only been out putting her mark on the world for a month after her 12th grade graduation. She celebrates her 2 year anniversary with her boyfriend Tony Garcia. A 19 year old trainman with horribly long work hours from being so far out of town causing him not to be home often but arranged a break from work for the occasion. The morning of the 6th of august, the day after the anniversary, Hazel wakes up with stabbing pains, Tony nowhere in sight. All memories from the previous day are lost. She spends hours trying to remember only with the help of objects that lay around her apartment that jog her memory. In the end she comes upon a horrible conclusion that fills her with fear.
