Book 1: The Ghost

Payton a non-binary college student who lives in their home town; Madison Wisconsin, and has a job as a dishwasher for their aunt's coffee shop, Mera's coffeshop, gets a letter from their two childhood friends, Kuba and Noah, who will meet up with Payton at their job. Payton, Noah, Kuba, and Ace talk about their past and talk about what all happened at their middle school, they decided to visit that school to see if it was still standing, which it was just a bit crumbled, but when they visit the abandoned middle school, their past becomes the present.

Maybe the whole universe really is against her. Warning: This story's going to get a bit dark/depressing. And even though it's clearly labeled as such but I still feel I need to say this is a mature girlxgirl story so there will be sex. Esther calls her ' sakodo' but she was given the name slit-faced girl by the people who saw her. But those people that feared or saw her died the next day. Why do people die the same? How do people die? Most importantly, what killed them? One day the girl suddenly disappears. Nobody knows where. A few days after she disappeared, all that was left of her was forgotten. Nobody knew who she was. All traces of her were gone. What really happened to that girl? What was her name? Where did she disappear to? What was the girl's backstory? As the story unfolds.
