If you have not watched Tangled The Series this will be a little confusing.
This is an alternate ending to the last episode of Tangled The Series "Plus Est En Vous".
Zhan Tiri has taken control of the sun drop and moonstone and is saying the hurt incantation. Everybody in the kingdom is falling to the ground from the power of the incantation.
The sundrop power that once healed Eugene is gone and the hurt incantation is causing Eugene's wound to return and he is slowly starting to die as Rapunzel is frantically deciding what to do.

I'm Hope, and I'll by your narrator for this story. Now, I have no clue what happens, as my Dad has forbidden me from reading ahead as I am just as prone to give out spoilers as Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo are. Couple of disclaimers, uh, everyone except Altair, Mia and the other characters in this story that you aren't familiar with if you've watched the show belong to Tangled: The Series. Basically, it's a really, really good spin-off of Rapunzel's time in Corona between Tangled, and Tangled Ever After. It involves plot-twists and astounding character development and a tremendous amount of heartache for a kid's show. Selina and I highly recommend it. Altair belongs to the amazing Tumblr user and artist @shima-draws. Selina asks of you to check her out, she's a-mazing. Every other character mentioned in this story belongs to Selina. Tangled The Series Story: In The Shadows
A Tangled the Series Sequel Rapunzel and Eugene's wedding is a week away. But when a earthquake hits, strange things start to happen. It's up to Varian to figure out what. The fate of the kingdom weighs heavily on Rapunzel's shoulders and Varian's past weighs heavily on his. Both have to face their inner demons and mistakes in order to save everyone from a threat that's much bigger than Corona. Aka my dream of a season 4 (but I don't work for Disney so I can be a little darker *insert manical laughter*) Rapunzel and Varian dual POV (Also, I do hope to draw their character designs eventually :)

He is later freed from the Mindtrap's curse and fights alongside the people of Corona to end the demon Zhan Tiri; he then returned to the Dark Kingdom with King Edmund and Adira.
