Or if you're like me and don't have a white beanbag, chai tea, or a particular liking for the scent of lavender, find a quiet place to just lay down and meditate with the imagery I will attempt to convey. Let the pictures consume your senses and emotions, so strongly that they'll appear in your daydreams and take you to a whole different time, place, and hopefully, state of mind.
