Nialls mother died not so long ago. His father resorted to using alcohol as a coping method. His father turned abusive and constantly hits Niall and makes him regret living. His father shouts thing at him and Niall can see his lips moving but no words come out. He can't hear.

Niall's never been able to hear, born death and stayed death. He never had many friends. Only two ,really, Harry and Louis.

When he is forced to move as a result of not being able to pay rent, he also has to move schools.
