What can one little wink do? Obviously not much. Just a normal attempt at flirting, one would say. But it was different for Elle Zelia. She was once the social outcast and stage-freak of Millaide High School, courtesy of her ex-bestfriend, Alice Wartley. For Elle, one wink from the least expected person can change things, drastically, and soon enough she falls victim for a series of events she wouldn't have ever imagined. Cue in the offender, Jay Anderson, your typical player and heartthrob. Maybe this is just your typical high school drama, but he's one part of her past that's she's been desperately trying to forget. He winks, it's all neutral for a second, but then all hell breaks loose. That one wink changed everything, for the worst.. but does it get better?

"What's more important then dinner-" She says before I cut her off. "I'm pregnant." I say quickly. She puts everything that she had in her hands down and turns around. Her face was so confused. "You are?" She asks softly. "I'm sorry." I say quietly and don't make eye contact.
