Wings of Fire - The Lost Isle of Dirone

Eclipse and her brother, Rockminer, are hybrids on a place called Dirone, an island in the middle of the sea. Travelers come from all over the world to rest here. Some stay to make families, some stay the night, then are on their way. All the hybrids mine for a precious stone called a Honeydew that gives the holder immense power. Once a century, the stones choose one dragon to have the greatest power of all, animus magic. It is the greatest honor, but no one knows the danger it brings.
