They're who let it slip. Now we pay. It's been a year since they enacted the alien laws. No talking about aliens. They made it very clear. They put patrols in the sky and they watch us all. They know aliens are out there. They don't know that aliens are actually down here too. Working with them. Talking to them. My family and I aren't from here and this is our year to go home.

E28 held the entire world within his orange ethereal glowing hands. To most people, being twenty-four years old for all eternity, sounds like a pretty sweet deal. No elderly body aches, your sex drive remains on 100%, and you'll forever be in the prime of your life. Well, in their quest for scientific breakthroughs, our brilliant, overachieving ancestors unknowingly rewrote the entire genetic playbook for our bloodline-long before I was even conceived. By running experiments on themselves, they inadvertently spliced and hardcoded their DNA with something not even they fully understood. The result? Earl Williams the 28th. Born with a delightful grab bag of 5th-dimensional (5D) abilities, including, but not limited to, immortality. And I know what you're thinking. 'Wow! Immortality? That's incredible!' Well, let's see if you feel the same way after falling in love with your soulmate, watching them grow old and die, while you just keep on, existing. Turns out, eternal youth isn't all it's cracked up to be. In fact, it can be less of a gift, and more of a life sentence. Just after Earl's 400th birthday he discovered his 5th dimensional abilities could take him pretty far; literally. As in intergalactic travel. Over time he met other interdimensional beings. Such as Draco, a powerful 4D being who motioned for the ICU to immediately annihilate all of humanity, in order to give Earth time to rebuild its natural resources. Initially, the Intergalactic Chamber of the Universe granted Draco permission to follow through with his murderous plan. However, Earl stepped in and pleaded for humanity's relocation instead of their annihilation. You see Earl himself was earth born. Only as a teenager, did he discover his 5D abilities. He saw the progress humanity had been making. He knew they had learned from their past environmental failures. In his opinion, the people of Earth didn't have to die. All they needed was a new start on a different planet.Complete
Otherworldly
It doesn't make sense. How is any of it possible? Where does the plot line link? Why care about some random teen aliens? Oh, God, why does it get dark so fast? Have you ever had a dream where you find yourself in an alien landscape with two humanoid monsters staring at you? Me neither. Unfortunately, it happened to me in real life. With no memory of how I got here and no idea how to get back home, my options are severely limited. Even more so because these creatures look after me like it's an Olympic sport. Escaping their grasp is going to be much harder than anticipated. But then again...maybe I don't want to. A salvage vessel finds the Covenant with the crew inside, they're taken to Gateway Station. After that, a military operation is put into effect. They have to go save colonists from the Xenomorphs. Chaucer, you have a wonderful opportunity here, are you going to take it or not?" Now, I am seriously confused, "Opportunity?" She takes advantage of my befuddled state and shoves the door open. Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on.
