The Nameless will come and get us all if not for the government, at least that is what the ads say. In truth, the government is conducting research studies on human weapons involving machines that can read the neural impulses of the human body. This will allow humans to become frightening powerhouses for the military to control. X-0 (a.k.a. Arc), being their number one test subject from a young age, is true to his word and will follow orders to a fault. But over time will he continue to be blind to what is happening, or will he join the resistance?
