Carter Gordon is the 22 year old daughter of Captain James Gordon, of the Gotham City Police Department. She works at Wayne Enterprises as Bruce Wayne's personal assistant. She also knows his secret. The GCPD decides to call batman's partners. Luckily Nightwing and Red Hood were the only ones available. On their way to stop Penguin they encounter Harley Quinn along the way. Harley was recently seen by Penguin and has put a bounty on her to finish her for good. This takes place a couple of years after Harley and the Joker broke up for good. Nightwing decides to help Harley while Red Hood is in the alternative. They work together to capture penguin and hopefully get rid of the bounty that has been set on Harley.
