"You must embrace who are, Xen'il. You are the dark storm. You are the raging tempest. You are Kar'ro Xad'im and you will bring this world and all others to its knees."

The ancient Xylan prophecy once spoke of a powerful being who was created by the Xylan goddess of the stars, Sra'da to cleanse Xylanthia of the evil that had engulfed the planet whole. He was a great wind that swept away the dirt that soiled the beauty that was Xylanthia but he turned out to be the greatest evil.

He was Kar'ro Xad'im and he was the father of destruction, chaos and all that followed.

*************

Following his arrival to Xylanthia, Theron was mistaken for the villainous Kar'ro Xad'im whom he was said to be a splitting image off. The Xylans soon believed that Kar'ro had been reincarnated and he had come back to continue his crusade of universal domination.

Theron was a savior but Kar'ro was a destroyer. He was one man with two destinies, two paths and two fates, all of which were chosen for him.

How was Theron to be the hero when he was always destined to be the villain?

How was he to save the world when he was destined to destroy it?

This isn't the 2012 universe, it has nothing to do with that storyline. This is a female reader, I apologize but you can substitute the pronouns if needed :) Four turtles... four brothers... genetically reborn in the sewers of New York. Named after the great Renaissance masters... and trained as ninjas. They battled many creatures and foes before defeating their archenemy... the Shredder. But now, a greater evil is poised to destroy their very brotherhood. An evil born 3,000 years ago. It was in that time a warrior king named Yoatl led a brotherhood that fought side by side with one purpose: To conquer the kingdoms of the world. Yoatl had a daughter, Y/N, who fought against his will. She believed her family to be wrong, but trained among them to one day stop her father. But nothing could stand in their way... as they left a trail of destruction behind them. In his quest, Yoatl learned of a constellation known as the stars of Kikan. Every 3,000 years, the stars would align, opening a portal to a world of unknown power. Y/N tried to reason with him, but it was too late. He became immortal, but at a price. His brotherhood was turned to stone. And Y/N? She was forced into immortality alongside her father, as the gods saw punishing her for his wrongdoings was a fitting fate for the king. 13 monsters were unleashed into our world. The king was left on earth, unable to die or forget his mistake. Y/N, trapped in time by her father, never forgave him for what he'd done. She always stays close though, hopeful her father has seen the error of his ways. The monsters that were unleashed, contine to plague mankind to this very day. WATTYS 2022 SHORTLISTER!!! ★━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━★ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝? ★━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━★ Born in a world where people are segregated based on their abilities, twenty-six-year-old Veera Solace lives her life in the small country of Liquiord as the minority group - the disabled; or the differents, as the people like to call her. With an anonymous president and hostile community, Veera relishes her moonlit activities as Void, the shadow villain. Emotionally terrorizing her victims in hopes that they change their ways, Veera lives by burying her feelings and being what society wants her to be - teacher by day, vigilante, or villain, as the world calls her - by night. But with every villain, there's a hero and the hero to Veera's villain persona calls himself Spotlight. Their battles could rival the squabbling of a newly married couple, yet both Void and Spotlight are nothing near being a couple. They're strangers, enemies - people on different sides of the law. That changes, though, when a picture with no context is released to the public, sparking a worldwide debate about the relationship between Void and Spotlight. And as if that wasn't bad enough, there's a new hero in town - Infinite. To Void, he's nothing more than another nuisance, but to Spotlight, he's a mystery; an enemy. When havoc falls onto the city and eerily corresponds with Infinite's arrival, Spotlight, and Void have to put all feelings aside to solve the mystery that digs so deep in the past that they may never recover from it. ~*~ Featured on @antiherosgalore "Wicked Women": 12/19/22 Featured on @crime "Like a Woman": 5/28/23 Featured on @superheroes "Anti-Heroes and Awesome Antagoni

"As our ship sailed on past the horizon, where the ocean meets the sky, I drifted off to sleep, and for the first time, I didn't dream, because reality was better than I could have ever imagined." • • • The perfect storm brings Bao, an kind-hearted, talented, yet unconfident waterbender from Republic City and Iroh II, a powerful, compassionate General (not to mention Crown Prince of the Fire Nation) together- quite literally. She saved his ship, and he saved her. Yet, in spite of all they went through together, Bao runs away from him. Terrified of public attention and being made fun of in the media, she seeks shelter in her family's home. Not one to be easily deterred, Iroh writes to her, and with the help of friends and family she returns to him, and to her destiny. It's a grander, more liberating one than she could ever have hoped for. One she faces her fears, she realises how much she matters, that she really was worth loving all along, and is finally able to face the world with open arms and open eyes. ||General Iroh II x Original Character|| A few choice pieces of knowledge about this book: 1. It's very close to my heart. It was my first fanfiction EVER, and I used it as a platform to write about a great deal of insecurities in my "real" life. So, most of the stuff you read about Bao is actually about me (unsurprisingly). 2. I wrote part of it about five years ago and finished it more recently, so there is a (relatively) dramatic shift in style about halfway in. I think the first parts are ehhh but it gets really fine tuned by the end. I didn't go back and edit the earlier parts, but if you stick around the whole time, it only gets better as you go! ||Once more, thank you, to everyone who liked this, and told me so! It means the world to me!|| One last sappy thing: I love you guys! Having said that, I'm out. ♡||
