Anna Stark was hidden from the world at a very young age because of what she could do. Due to being kidnapped by H.Y.D.R.A and experimented on by Wolfgang von Strucker she had to go into protection in S.H.I.E.L.D and fake her own death. She gained a multitude of impossible abilities that made her extremely powerful. When she needs to help her brother and the Avengers she meets Captain America.
Sparks fly.

I made the book up to date with all of the actions in the movie other than mainly in Civil War I changed some up to create a more fun plot in my opinion and so that Captain wasn't totally a war-criminal!!!
