Castle, Kate and their three children are in a bad car accident. The children and castle are fine, but Kate she ends up in a coma. Rick is by her side 24/7 but his kids need him also. Kate is stuck with choosing to stay or not. She can see and hear and follow what everybody is doing while her body is motionless in the hospital bed. As her kids, husband, and family beg her to stay, they also say it's ok to give up and be set free. Kate is faced with a choice that could change everybody's life forever. (And yes this is based off the movie but caskett style)
