Long Shadows of Old Sins

A kind human, a caring mother and a working woman trying her best to meet ends. That summaries Mehek. She is struggling to balance her ever volatile life from falling apart. Still she manages to keep her smile intact and count her blessings. Because she knew, she had wronged the righteous. She fears the cosmic law of what goes around, comes around. She seeks forgiveness and hopes that she will spared by time.

Shuarya, a successful business man and a widower. His wife passed away, leaving behind a daughter who is barely few months old. His family and career are his top priorities. He never got time to ponder on ruins of his past. He was proud that he moved on from his painful memories and bore no emotions to people who resided in them.

She desperate for a decent paying job. He wanted an able to woman to take care of his infant. They were brought together by chance.

Despite her optimism, Mehek realized that none can escape Karma. She didn't fight and took it as her rightful punishment. Shaurya had to accept that however hard he tried to bury hatred beneath his cold demeanor, it is still alive and kicking. At times innocents fall victim to his wrath.

Old Sins indeed possess long Shadows. And few are sinfully dark.
